Image ID provides AI-powered image analysis to help detect whether images may be AI-generated. Our Service includes:

• AI detection analysis
• Image component identification
• Text extraction (OCR)
• Image description generation
• Photo metadata (EXIF) extraction

3. Third-Party AI Services

By using Image ID, you acknowledge and agree that your uploaded images will be transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing. These services include:

• OpenRouter (OpenRouter, Inc.) — an AI model routing platform that provides access to various vision AI models for image analysis.
• Google Gemini (Google LLC) — a vision AI model used for image analysis tasks, accessed via OpenRouter.

These third-party services process your images solely to provide the analysis results you have requested. Your images are transmitted securely and are not permanently stored by these providers. Your images are not used to train AI models. For more details on how these providers handle data, please refer to their respective privacy policies linked in our Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Only upload images you have the right to analyze
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Not upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Understand that your images will be sent to third-party AI services as described above

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate AI detection results, our Service is not 100% accurate. Results should be used as guidance only and not as definitive proof of an image's origin. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our analysis results.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. By uploading images, you grant us a temporary license to process and analyze them for the purpose of providing our Service, including transmitting them to third-party AI providers. We store images only temporarily to support the sharing of analysis results.

8. Limitation of Liability
